Shipping & Returns
All items will be delivered by courier, or they will be picked up by the costumer from the cooperating studios.
All delivery charges are automatically calculated in line with the dimensions and weight(s) of your purchase(s), these will all be clearly shown during the checkout process, prior to any payment being requested. In case the costumer requests a different shipping method, then they will be informed via e-mail for the shipping cost. The order will be dispatched, after the order and shipping cost have been fully paid.
Time of delivery
Orders for products that are on stock and sent by courier within Greece are estimated to be delivered within 1-5 working days. For remote areas in Greece, delivery time may take an extra working day. The above apply for items in stock.
For X-Pole products there ia a 20 business days delivery time (On average in Greece-Europe, delivery time may expand in case the product is out of stock in Europe)
For Lupit Pole products there ia a 20 business days delivery time (On average in Greece-Europe, delivery time may expand in case the product is out of stock in Europe)
Crash Mats may take more time.

Returns are accepted ONLY after we have been informed and we have agreed. Returns are accepted strictly within 20 calendar days from the date of purchase. In case of returns, the costumer may choose within a period of one month from any product(s) of equal or greater value to offset the cost. Consumable products and products that are costum made are not eligible to be returned. In order to return an item(s), it must be in excellent condition with its original packaging.
X-Pole and Lupit Pole poles
We do accept returns on unopen boxes only (because we can re-sell the item). In case of a defective pole, there is 1 year warantee for the manufactorer. You will also be responsible for the shipping back to the warehouse.
No clothing item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for exchange.
Aerial Silks cannot be returned.
Customers will be responsible for both way shipping and handling charges for all refused returned shipments.
